Addison House
The internationally renowned artist Stefan Szczesny has teamed up with Addison House, leading purveyor of fine furniture in the luxury market, to present an exceptional exhibition of works exploring the rich cultures of Miami and his hometown Saint-Tropez.
A former protagonist of the bold figurative painters of the “Neue Wilde” (Nouveaux Fauves), Szczesny is widely known for his exuberant and sensual style celebrating the beauty of life. The latter he finds in Southern regions—since 2001 he has been a resident of Saint-Tropez; and he is a regular visitor to Miami, whose unique mix of cultures he enjoys.
The exhibition at Addison House presents an extraordinary series of paintings on photographic images of these two locations. Szczesny will also showcase a premier selection of works on paper and a selection of his well-known shadow sculptures.
