Galerie Polaris presents Speedy Graphito, 15 works organised in 6 sets of paintings-drawings-installations-sculptures. The exhibition induces a reflexion on the analytical perception of images.Speedy Graphito analyses the links between graffiti’s historical and epistemic concept and its relationship with today’s virtual image, highlighting similarities and differences.The result is not just a study but a transmission of the artist’s world perception through his paintings. He underlines with skill and irony our current situation: we are overwhelmed by an avalanche of images which we are no more able to understand nor take in.Speedy Graphito scrambles our points of reference and push us to reconsider the labyrinth of today’s art history.
