Fundamentally Hong Kong? DELTA FOUR 1984 – 2044

The Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) and Hong Kong Arts Development Council (ADC) jointly organize the exhibition titled
“Fundamentally Hong Kong? – DELTA FOUR 1984 – 2044 “.

Four short films will show, through human eyes, stories and people who live and move among Hong Kong and neighbouring Pearl River Delta, the most complex, controversial and contemporary spatial developments in history, traveling through borders and crossings, land and water, home and community, marriage and departure. An experience of Hong Kong and its neighbour cities shall be intertwined in an ending screening.
The camera, essentially a critique of the masterplan, is here to tell missing connections and deliberations in social mobility, social infrastructure, and social innovation in need.
